# Hola Post

> A staffed address in the UK and Spain for businesses, holiday homes and people abroad. Post scanned the same day, Spanish notifications collected.

Hola Post operates staffed mail addresses. Open now: Hola Post, Unit A, Calle Comercio 112, Polígono Industrial, 04820 Vélez-Rubio (Almería), España. Opening at the end of 2026: North Somerset, United Kingdom. Opening at the end of 2026: London, United Kingdom (+€10 a month on any plan). More locations in Spain, the UK and the rest of Europe will follow. Customers use the address as their company's registered office or domicilio fiscal, or as a personal or holiday-home address. Every letter is logged, opened if the customer wishes, scanned the same working day and added to a secure online inbox with searchable text and an English summary. Originals can be forwarded anywhere in Europe, stored or securely shredded.

In Spain, Hola Post also collects customers' electronic notifications (notificaciones electrónicas) from the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT), Seguridad Social (TGSS), Tráfico (DGT), the DEHú, Catastro, Ayuntamientos and regional governments. Customers authorise Hola Post as their representative through the Registro Electrónico de Apoderamientos, so they never share their digital certificate or Cl@ve password. Notifications are checked every working day and opened on the day they are issued, so the 10-day deemed-delivery rule (Ley 39/2015, art. 43) never runs out unnoticed.

Gestorías, asesorías, accountants and law firms can become partners: they offer their clients an address, mail scanning and Spanish notification service under their own firm's name, bill clients for it at a price they set, and Hola Post runs the service and bills the firm at per-client partner rates. Partners receive all their clients' post and notifications through a partner dashboard, by email, or through webhooks and a REST API.

- Prices (per month, excluding VAT, no contract, pause any time): Personal €12 for the first address and +€8 per extra address; Business €16 and +€10. Each address includes 30 letters a month; more are €12 (Personal) or €16 (Business) per 30. Spanish digital notifications +€4 a month, plus €25 one-off for a digital certificate if needed. - Scans are encrypted and stored in the EU. Hola Post operates under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
- Identity checks are carried out before an address is activated, as anti-money-laundering rules require.
