About Hola Post
Hola Post runs staffed mail addresses. Almería is open. North Somerset and London open at the end of 2026. More locations across Europe will follow. We receive post for businesses, property owners and people who live between countries, scan it the day it arrives and put it in a secure online inbox. In Spain we also collect our customers’ electronic notifications from Hacienda, Seguridad Social, Tráfico and local councils.
Why we exist
Official post has a habit of arriving where you aren’t. A company’s letters go to a registered office nobody checks. A holiday home’s IBI bill sits behind the door for months. Spanish tax notices are published in a portal that only opens with a digital certificate, and count as delivered after ten days whether or not anyone has seen them.
We started Hola Post to fix that for people with ties to both the UK and Spain. One address in each country, real people opening the post, and one inbox that shows you what arrived, what it means and when you need to act.
How we work
- Staffed addresses
- Our addresses are staffed during working hours, so post is signed for and logged, and they can be used as official addresses with Companies House, the Registro Mercantil and tax authorities.
- Same-day scanning
- Post that arrives before 2pm is opened (if you’ve asked us to), scanned and in your inbox the same working day.
- Identity checks
- Like every regulated address provider, we verify the identity of each customer before activating an address.
- Data protection
- Scans are encrypted and stored in the EU. We operate under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and paper is kept for 30 days, then shredded confidentially unless you ask us to keep it.
- Representation, not passwords
- For Spanish notifications, customers authorise us through the official Registro Electrónico de Apoderamientos. Nobody shares a digital certificate or Cl@ve password with us.
- English and Spanish
- Our team works in both languages, so you can ask us about any letter in English.
