For gestorías, asesorías and accountants
Stop chasing clients’ post. Start billing for it.
Offer your clients an address, mail scanning and Spanish notification service under your firm’s name, as a monthly line on their invoice. We run it for you. Every letter and notification reaches your team on the day it’s issued, and you set the price.

Two reasons firms partner with us
1 · Less work
No more chasing letters
Clients’ post and Spanish notifications come straight to your team on the day they’re issued, listed by client with the deadline. Nobody logs in to portals one client at a time or asks clients whether anything has arrived.
2 · New income
A service you bill, and we run
Add “post and notifications” as a monthly fee on each client’s invoice. We provide the staffed address, scanning, ID checks and daily notification checks under your firm’s name. We bill you at partner rates, you set the client price and keep the difference.
Example: 60 clients at €15 a month
- You invoice clients
- €900
- We invoice you (Asesoría, €6 per client)
- −€360
- You keep each month
- €540
That’s €6,480 a year, before any extra advisory work the notices bring in. Try your own numbers.
You sell it. We run it.
The service carries your firm’s name. The operational work behind it is ours, so it adds income without adding admin to your team.

The problem every gestoría knows
You’re responsible for your clients’ deadlines, but you’re usually the last to see the letter that sets them.
-
1
Notifications are spread everywhere
The DEHú, the AEAT sede, Seguridad Social, the DGT’s DEV and every Ayuntamiento portal. Checking them means logging in client by client, often with digital certificates that expire or that the client holds.
-
2
Paper goes to the client, not to you
Letters land at a holiday home that’s empty for months, or at a business address nobody checks. You find out when the client sends a photo on WhatsApp, if they remember.
-
3
The 10-day rule doesn’t wait
An electronic notification that nobody opens counts as delivered after ten days. The deadline to reply or pay starts anyway, and when it’s missed, the client usually looks to their gestor.
-
4
Chasing isn’t billable
Every hour spent checking portals and asking clients for letters is an hour you can’t charge for, and it grows with every client you take on.
What changes
| Today | With Hola Post | |
|---|---|---|
| Spanish notifications | Checked portal by portal, client by client, when someone has time | Collected every working day and listed by client, with the deadline |
| Paper post | Arrives at the client’s address and reaches you late, if at all | Arrives at our address, scanned the same day and shared with you |
| The 10-day window | Often discovered after it has closed | Notifications are opened on day one, so you get the full response time |
| Client chasing | Emails and WhatsApp messages asking “did you get anything?” | Nothing to chase. You already have it |
| Proof | Screenshots and forwarded emails | A log of when each item arrived, who opened it and what was done |
| Revenue | Checking portals is unpaid admin | A monthly service on every client’s invoice |
